1. WHAT IS PORK DUMPLINGS?

German dumplings called Maultaschen in Germany are rectangular shaped ravioli, traditional to the German region of Swabia. They are filled with a wide variety of fillings, composed of different ingredients such as vegetables or meat. M&A Food shop has created two kinds of homemade ravioli for you. One recipe with pork and another one with cheese and mushrooms. We will learn how to cook them, it’s simple, easy and delicious.

3. INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Pork Dumpling (Pack of 2 or 4 depending on the number of people)
  • 1 Spoon of chopped onion
  • 1 Spoon Parsley 
  • 1 Spoon Gemüsebrühe, Soup Powder

4. USTENSIL

  • Saucepan
  • Spoon

5. DIRECTIONS

Step 1: Preparation

  • Peel and chop the onion and parsley

Step 2: In a saucepan

  • Bring 1L of water to the boil
  • Add 1 spoon of soup powder and onion 
  • Add the dumplings
  • Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly

Serve, season with parsley
